100 pieces glass lamps G95, 11 pieces completely broken, 37 pieces having quality issues with paint which are Non-straight finishing lines (Zigzags) due to unprofessional way of painting and scratches due to the bad packaging, the supplier didn't even use any kind of protectors such as bubble foam although I requested that because I had a previous order that he didn't use a proper protector but again he didn't follow the right process of shipping glass items from country to another and he looked to save the protector cost. I was able to use 52 pieces, but I have 48 pieces useless and can't do anything with them except throwing them in garbage. I asked the supplier to ship by DHL and he asked for extra money stating that DHL is more expensive and without any negotiation I paid him the amount he asked for but he took a decision to ship with another cheap company but he sent me a DHL tracking number which was fake (it was only an empty waybill number) and this cost me more time and money
