100 pieces glass lamps G95, 11 pieces completely broken, 37 pieces having quality issues with paint which are Non-straight finishing lines (Zigzags) due to unprofessional way of painting and scratches due to the bad packaging, the supplier didn't even use any kind of protectors such as bubble foam although I requested that because I had a previous order that he didn't use a proper protector but again he didn't follow the right process of shipping glass items from country to another and he looked to save the protector cost.
I was able to use 52 pieces, but I have 48 pieces useless and can't do anything with them except throwing them in garbage.
I asked the supplier to ship by DHL and he asked for extra money stating that DHL is more expensive and without any negotiation I paid him the amount he asked for but he took a decision to ship with another cheap company but he sent me a DHL tracking number which was fake (it was only an empty waybill number) and this cost me more time and money

Firstly, in the following photo, you only showed 6 damaged light bulbs, but you said there were 11 damaged ones. In your previous order review, you mentioned 7 damaged light bulbs, but in your photo, only 4 damaged light bulbs were displayed at the same time. So why don't you dare to show all the light bulbs at once? You said that our products are not protected. Each of our products is protected by a bubble bag, and the inside of the box is wrapped with pearl cotton to provide cushioning. Why didn't you mention these? Because even with protection, this type of glass product may still be damaged (if some couriers use violence),and we will provide refunds or compensation for damaged goods. Secondly, you mentioned that the product has defects, but where can you see from the photos and videos you provided that the product has serious functional issues? Why do you exaggerate and damage our reputation? I believe other clients have their own judgment ability and see who is lying and cheating

Hello, the logistics company is your own, and when we delivered the samples to your logistics company, it was still perfect,. The sample was damaged during transportation from your warehouse to your country. You have verified with your logistics company whether there was violent handling of the goods.
